gutzy is a feel-good snack made with organic fruits and veggies, packed with
prebiotic fiber to support gut health. We may be biased, but we think it’s the
most convenient (and delicious) way to get more fiber and real, plant-based
nutrition into your day.
If you have a gut, gutzy’s for you! We’re made for snackers of all kinds—and that includes the whole fam. Whether you’re chasing toddlers or chasing your dreams, dodging deadlines or dodging traffic, our convenient, mess-free pouches make it easy to get prebiotic fiber and organic fruits and veggies in, no matter what your day brings.
(Note: gutzy isn’t recommended for kids under 4 due to the high fiber content).
Only the good stuff! gutzy is made with clean, plant-based ingredients that are USDA Organic certified, and Non-GMO Project Verified. Each pouch blends organic fruits and veggies with 5–6g of prebiotic fiber to support gut health. It’s
also gluten-free and dairy-free—so it fits into all kinds of lifestyles (and lunchboxes).

Think of your gut as the operating system of your body. It’s the central hub that
influences everything—from how you feel physically to your mood and energy. Your gut hosts trillions of bacteria that play a huge role in key areas like immunity, metabolism, hormones, and brain function. For everything to run smoothly, your gut needs balance. That’s where prebiotics come in! These are plant-based fibers that feed the healthy bacteria in your gut, helping them thrive and keep your system in check.
gutzy is packed with prebiotics—5–6g per pouch—that help nourish the good bacteria (aka probiotics) already living in your gut. These good bacteria are essential for keeping your body in balance and supporting digestion. What we eat directly affects how well they do their job. Prebiotics from plant-based foods like
those in gutzy give your gut the fuel it needs to thrive, supporting both digestion and overall health. So, each pouch is a tasty way to help keep things running smoothly inside.
gutzy uses organic Acacia fiber, sourced from the acacia tree. Known as
the "queen of prebiotics," Acacia is the purest, highest-grade, and most tolerable fiber to support your gut health.
When you eat probiotics, you’re adding live good bacteria to your gut’s bustling
community. You’ll find probiotics in foods like yogurt, kimchi, and kefir. Prebiotics, on the other hand, are the food that fuels those good bacteria, helping them grow and thrive so they can keep you feeling your best.
NutraStrong™ holds gutzy's prebiotic to high standards with the Prebiotic Verified Certification. So, healthcare practitioners (including RDs) can feel confident that the acacia fiber in all our organic products isn’t just good—it’s backed by solid science showing its top-tier quality and prebiotic power. The four pillars of verification? Label compliance, manufacturing quality, testing integrity, and corporate values—all making sure we walk the talk!
For the best results, incorporate gutzy into your daily routine. Whether it's in the morning, as a snack, or before/after a workout, regular use helps nourish your gut and keep you feeling your best. The more consistent you are, the better the benefits!
Research shows that 10g of prebiotic Acacia can boost beneficial gut bacteria over 4 weeks. Since each pouch of gutzy contains 5-6g of prebiotic Acacia, we
recommend enjoying 1-2 pouches a day for optimal gut support.
We always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy. While gutzy is made with clean, organic, and plant-based ingredients, everyone's nutritional needs are different, and your doctor can help you determine what’s best for you and your little one.
gutzy is refrigerated to preserve its delicious taste, freshness, and premium
quality. We carefully select and blend all our ingredients, including the highest-grade hand-picked prebiotic Acacia, and gently pasteurize the product to maintain potency. Keeping it cool ensures you’re getting the best, most flavorful experience with every pouch!
Unlike yogurt or kombucha, gutzy is a bit more resilient to temperature changes. You can keep it out of the fridge for the day, as long as it’s not exposed to extreme heat. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it cold within 24 hours for the best taste and freshness.
You can find gutzy in the refrigerated produce section near fresh-cut fruit, grab-and-go snacks, or alongside wellness shots and functional beverages like
Kombucha. For the closest store, head to our FIND gutzy page to search near you.
gutzy organic pouches are recyclable through TerraCycle. Please find information here on how to recycle gutzy’s BPA-free pouches through TerraCycle’s program.
